I worked at Endurance International Group (More than a year)

Pros

Loved the people I worked with The job itself was challenging, and I learned a great deal of technical knowledge The sales quotas were manageable The Management staff was the best I have ever worked with

Cons

The layoff The pay structure – Sales goals were coupled with Customer service surveys to pay a commission and the surveys always ruined everything.

Neutral Outlook

I worked at Endurance International Group (More than 3 years)

Pros

Provided a opportunity for career development, especially after the IPO. Enjoyed being part of and contributing to the growth while it lasted.

Cons

Its known internally that EIG needs a unified CRM and billing platform across all hosting partners to support and allow other operational departments (sales, finance, marketing, etc.) to function at peak performance. Its been said to be in the works for some time, but hopefully there’s still money left in the bank (after the $1.1B Constant Contact acquisition) to still keep that project a priority.

Advice to Management

No company is perfect. Continue to invest in your employees and the infrastructure to support them – they’re the backbone of your future success as service organization.

Pros

Bluehost creates a great level of happiness with perks.

Cons

EIG seems disconnected to the greatness that is bluehost.

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

There are no pros for working for a corporation that does not believe in work life balance. If you are thinking about working for any of their brands, I would suggest you continue looking.

Cons

There are lots of cons for working for this corporation. It does not believe in work life balance. There are not valid perks left to offset the low pay. If you are thinking about working for any of their brands, I would suggest you continue looking.

Advice to Management

None, they don’t listen anyway and they don’t care about anyone, just the bottom line.

I worked at Endurance International Group full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

After 5 years with the company, there isn’t any negatives. Fantastic people to work with.

Cons

Took a leave of absence to handle some personal issues. Return back and re-applied. Was turn away with a generic response. So much for employee loyalty. Yet I understand after going public and bringing in the Colorado Homestead crew, they would like to start the new year with fresh faces.

Pros

Lots of down time if you make it to the right department. But don’t get caught utilizing that downtime.

Cons

Worse company to work for. They will find any reason to fire you. And the HR person is a giant cu***. Who will just repeat what she said. They send you no email after your fired and there is no way to get in touch with their HR to find out what happens to your insurance and such. Pay is below standard for other similar companies cough Godaddy cough They are also being investigated by the SEC and have moved over weeke… Show More

Advice to Management

Fire all the managers that are in their early 20’s that act like they are in high school. Get managers that care about the employees and don’t fire them for one mistake.
