Other cases of copyright infringement:

There are sellers on Ebay who are selling new books without the publisher being compensated for or having record of purchasing the book through the publisher. (the author is not credited for)  Does anybody have an idea how that is possible?  Is this illegal?  What is Ebay policy on this?  What we need to do to stop those book listings they don’t own and have not purchased to the publisher?  (they are not authorized sell) This is violation of copyright laws.  It is criminal.

Anybody has experience with those Ebay criminals or have any intelligent comments to share?  If that’s the case, contact me.

I can not post this on ebay forum because they got their forum as read-only mode.

eBay.com will soon be updating the Community Discussion Boards, Answer Center and Groups. With these updates, you’ll enjoy a better experience, an updated look and great new features. In order to make these enhancements, as of Monday, July 1, we have placed the forums in “read-only” mode for a few days.
